Middlesex, Vt. – Phil Scott, candidate for Governor, today released a new television advertisement highlighting the growing coalition of Democrats supporting his pro-growth, pro-jobs, affordability agenda.
The 30-second TV spot, anchored by Senator Dick Mazza (D-Grand Isle), features some of the thousands of Vermont Democrats who are proudly voting for Phil Scott for Governor.
“Everywhere I go, in my Senate district and throughout Vermont, I hear from self-proclaimed Democrats that Phil Scott is the clear choice in this election for Governor,” said Sen. Mazza. “Whether he’s at the Statehouse or rolling up his sleeves to help in our communities, Phil’s a leader people know they can count on. Democrats understand that Phil’s door is open to everyone because he knows we can find common ground and all have to work together if we want to make real progress. Most importantly, Phil will provide the balance we need in Montpelier to ensure we’re all focused on growing the economy and making Vermont more affordable so we can invest in our children, communities and future. Scott said he was honored to have such strong bipartisan support.
