Phil gets it. He has a great balance between protecting our beautiful state and assisting with positive growth. He works and runs a business here. He’s fully vested in VT, our schools, our struggles. Phil has never struck me as extreme, he’s sensible. He is one of us. And not likely to bail out on us for greener pastures. He just gets it.
