Lt. Governor Phil Scott to Work “Everyday Job” with Sugarbush Snowmaking Team

Lt. Governor Phil Scott will continue his “Vermont Everyday Jobs” tour today, Monday, December 28, when he heads to Sugarbush Resort to work alongside one of their snowmaking teams. With much of the nation on vacation for the holidays, and the first major snowfall of the season slated for Mondaynight and Tuesday morning, resorts like Sugarbush are working around the clock to open up as much of the state’s world-class terrain as possible.

On this “Everyday Job,” Lt. Gov. Scott will help make snow and prepare trails for Tuesday morning. Snowmaking will occur primarily on beginner terrain at both Lincoln Peak and Mount Ellen, with the hopes of opening all the beginner trails as soon as possible to accommodate first-time and vacation visitors.
