Let’s grow kids panel Discussion

Welcome and Opening – Robyn Freedner-Maguire makes opening remarks and introduces the moderator, Darren Perron. Moderator welcomes the audience and reviews the format.
 Opening Statements – Each candidate will have two minutes to make an opening statement.
 Questions – There will be five questions. Each candidate will have three minutes to respond to each question. The moderator may ask follow up questions for clarification. The candidates will refrain from directly addressing each other. (Note: The moderator will switch the order in which candidates answer the questions. The first question will be decided by a coin toss.)
 Final Statements – Each candidate will have two minutes to make their closing statement.
 Moderator makes closing remarks.
 Leading up to the panel, all five questions will be provided to each candidate two weeks in advance. Three of the questions will be solicited in advance from the public.
